Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

RETURN, CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Syncrooms reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Syncrooms Software at any time for any reason whatsoever with 30 days notice to You. Syncrooms shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. If You breach any of the terms of this agreement Syncrooms reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Syncrooms Software immediately on becoming aware of such breach.
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice, from Your Syncrooms User account homepage menu.

REFUND

Syncrooms is not liable to pay any refund to its clients / sub merchants. The sub merchants are liable to deal with the transacting guests/users on their own and are liable to repay and refund them in all chargeback and refund scenarios directly

  • Any refund will take at least 7 to 15 working days to process  excluding holidays. 

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
  • No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
  • In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
  • Any Cancellation will take at least 7 to 15 working days to process  excluding holidays. 

Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.( It may vary from hotel to hotel )
